Term & Conditions
1. Rental Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent items.

A valid government-issued ID may be required.

Full payment must be made before the rental period begins.
2. Rental Period & Returns

Rental duration is calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as per your booking.

Late returns will be charged at the standard daily rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All items must be returned in the same condition as received.
3. Damage & Loss

The customer is responsible for the rented item(s) during the rental period.

Any damage, loss, or theft will incur repair or replacement charges.

Normal wear and tear is excluded from damage charges.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee.

No refunds for early returns unless agreed upon.
5. Security Deposit

Certain items may require a refundable security deposit.

The deposit will be returned after inspection of the returned product.
6. Usage Restrictions

Items must be used only for their intended purpose.

Sub-renting or lending the rented items to others is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability

The Rentals is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage caused by the misuse of rented items.

Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided.
8. Changes to Terms

The Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
