. Rental Cancellations

  • Before Pickup/Delivery: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental amount.


2. Returns

  • All rented items must be returned in the same condition as received, along with all accessories, packaging, and manuals (if applicable).

  • Late returns may incur additional daily charges based on the rental rate.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation within the eligible time frame.

  • Equipment malfunction or defect not caused by the customer (subject to inspection).

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.

  • Loss or theft of rented items.

  • Consumables and accessories used during the rental.


4. Damage or Loss Charges

  • If the rented product is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, the customer will be charged repair or replacement costs as per the market value of the item.

  • Security deposits (if applicable) may be adjusted against damage or loss charges.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
