    Before Pickup\/Delivery:<\/strong> You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Less than 24 Hours Notice:<\/strong> Cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start time may be subject to a cancellation fee<\/strong> of up to 50% of the rental amount.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      All rented items must be returned in the same condition as received, along with all accessories, packaging, and manuals (if applicable).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Late returns may incur additional daily charges<\/strong> based on the rental rate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Refunds will be processed in the following cases:<\/p>\n

        Order cancellation within the eligible time frame.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Loss or theft of rented items.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Consumables and accessories used during the rental.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          4. Damage or Loss Charges<\/strong><\/h2>\n

            If the rented product is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, the customer will be charged repair or replacement costs<\/strong> as per the market value of the item.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Security deposits (if applicable) may be adjusted against damage or loss charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            5. Refund Processing Time<\/strong><\/h2>\n
