1. Rental Eligibility<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    You must be at least 18 years old to rent items.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A valid government-issued ID may be required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Full payment must be made before the rental period begins.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Rental Period & Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n
      \n

      Rental duration is calculated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as per your booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Late returns will be charged at the standard daily rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      All items must be returned in the same condition as received.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \n

      3. Damage & Loss<\/strong><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • \n

        The customer is responsible for the rented item(s) during the rental period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Any damage, loss, or theft will incur repair or replacement charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Normal wear and tear is excluded from damage charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n

        4. Cancellation & Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n
          \n
        • \n

          Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup<\/strong> are eligible for a full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup<\/strong> may incur a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          No refunds for early returns unless agreed upon.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n

          5. Security Deposit<\/strong><\/h2>\n
            \n
          • \n

            Certain items may require a refundable security deposit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            The deposit will be returned after inspection of the returned product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \n

            6. Usage Restrictions<\/strong><\/h2>\n
              \n
            • \n

              Items must be used only for their intended purpose.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Sub-renting or lending the rented items to others is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n

              • \n

                The Rentals is not responsible for any injury, accident, or damage caused by the misuse of rented items.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                  The Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
